The practice is directed to Reset that connection and bring back the mind-body template to its natural state of vibrancy through breath work, sounds and embody techniques to recover the energy in all the layers of our being, expand our limits into infinites possibilities and align with our True Purpose.
Our Location will be the south of Italy, the suggestive region of Puglia. The heel of Italy exactly, between the Adriatic and the Ionian seas, Puglia is full of historical places, stunning beaches, great food, authentic villages of white stones and typical conical huts called Trulli.
During your stay you will enjoy amazing beaches of crystal water, visit the old town of Ostuni and the Matera sassi, both World Heritage of ancient cultures.
Our typical Masseria (fortify farmhouse) dating back 1774, is located in the heart of the Itria Valley, one of the best area of the region: wooded slopes, vineyards and endless olive groves, magical old towns accessible to both seas.
The property is an extended farm that mostly produces organic olive oil and fresh cheese.
The structure offers comfortable double and triple bedrooms each one with private bathrooms, patios where to enjoy our food, trails to walk, and even a typical little church.
We will so practice and meditate under the trees of the adjacent forest, in full contact with the nature and its beauty.
Percussion live music and sound healing will accompany most of our practices and meditations.
Francis P. Pelizzari is a professional musician, composer and holistic percussionist.
With the rhythm of its percussions and sounds, he will take us into deep places, from the beat of our hearts into the sound of the Earth, creating the best atmosphere of mystical waves of energy.
Francis collaborated in dance performance, in yoga sessions and during the Yoga Festival in Milan.
The last night, after the closing Ceremony, we will enjoy a live concert with great local musicians. Dance and fun guarantee!
Camillo Pace, is a professional Italian musician and songwriter with years of experience in Jazz Festivals with renowned Italian and international artists. Graduated in Ethnomusicology his music will transport us into the ancient times of its ancestors and native land.
In Puglia the food is amazing, renowned for superb traditional cuisine, a pure expression of the natural bounty of the land. With an incredible variety of fruits and vegetable, olive oil and bread, pasta, goat cheese and the famous burrata.
All our food is vegetarian, mostly homemade, using fresh seasonal fruits and veggies and buying directly from local farmers to guarantee the best quality of the products.
Alessandra Buono, our creative chef, will nourish your body through delights vegetarians and genuine dishes, based on her meditterean heritage and 15 years of Indian experience.
Alessandra for many years hosted yoga retreats in Goa, India, working with renewed yoga teachers.
