Sessions at Shakti are different every time because I approach various themes and aspects of the practice.
Along my Yoga journey, started on 2000, I practiced and studied different kind of methods. Beside my Hatha Yoga RYT and the Anusara inspired teacher immersions, I participated in many courses and workshops of Anusara, Ashtanga, Atma, Kundalini, Yin, Swastya, Srivadya, Chakra system, obtaining experience of hundreds of hours of study and practice, meditation and Pranayama. During my training I`ve been also directed on the study of the Chinese Medicine Elements and the relative Chi Kung practice.

Through all the experiences and knowledge I`ve so developed a Shakti style, mainly inspired on Anusara Yoga and focused on the breathing with some Chi Kung krias. A healing fusion based on the consciousness of the Chi or Prana and the opening of the heart.
In order to satisfy everyone who would joy a Yoga practice, I offer multilevel classes that could be dynamics or gentles, depending on the daily ispiration and the participants.

♥ 75 minutes Session
♥ Yoga Therapy & Posture: 75 minutes: Help on physical discomforts, working on alignement, posture and breathing.
♥ Yoga & Meditation: 50 minutes .Pranayama and gentle yoga will relaxe and prepare body and mind for the guided mindfulness meditation.

Discipline is the respect of yourself and of others:

Do your practice with an empty stomach or eat very light 1 hr before
-
Do not drink too much during the practice, a sip of water is enough to hydrate the body

Do not use any perfume or body oil
-
Come clean into your Yoga space. Please keep shoes and sand outside
-
Turn-off your cell phone
-
Be on time, at least 5 minutes before class
